The Efficiency Task Force (ETF) is always keen to meet with industry to discuss ongoing initiatives and looks to work directly with those best placed to champion change within organisations.
Our Efficiency Champions Network connects like-minded professionals and provides them with information to promote further efficiency within their company.
There are opportunities available for members of the ETF to visit you onsite to talk about their work, discuss ideas, and identify possible opportunities for you to get involved.
Join the network
Over 200 Efficiency Champions are active within companies across industry. Champions spread the message of the need for sustainable change and increase awareness of the ETF.
They help develop implement and continually improve ETF good practice guidelines, as well as capture their impact in case studies.
Work groups help research, guide and champion Efficiency Task Force projects across a diverse range of high-impact areas. We’re always on the lookout for volunteers to join our groups and inject new thinking and ideas, offer guidance and pilot projects.
Continuous Improvement Network (CIN)
Collaboration is key to the delivery of operational excellence, necessary for survival of our industry and at the heart of all successful continuous improvement programmes. There is no existing network of Oil and Gas Continuous Improvement Professionals nor industry standard for continuous improvement training. The aim of this network is to facilitate collaboration between Oil & Gas Continuous Improvement Specialists.
Objectives of this network are to:
• Support the work of the Efficiency Task Force by increasing awareness of and engagement in outputs and activities;
• Facilitate sharing of continuous improvement knowledge and experience (CI governance, tools, lessons learned & learning from other industries;
• Develop and utilise an Oil & Gas Standard for Continuous Improvement (in conjunction with ECITB).
